Purpose

Billy's fan album is a project started by fans well over a year ago. All photos are compiled into different albums (actual photo albums) which are given to Billy. You may contribute to his album by putting photos in this online gallery.

The purpose of this gallery is for fans to share their photos of Billy Sawilchik. Photos often include other Lovehammers as well as Billy. By posting your photos in this album, you are agreeing to allow the webmaster@billysawilchik.com to print them for Billy for his fan album. Also, by posting them, other fans will be able to enjoy them.

Posting Instructions

1. If you have photos to post for an album, first you have to have member posting access granted. To receive a login and password to post on the site, please email Webmaster@BillySawilchik and identify yourself. You also need to tell her: 1) which album(s) you have photos you want to post to 2) the email address to associate with the account 3) a username and password you want to use.
2. You will receive an email back with your member information
3. Please post your photos into the correct event gallery. If you come to post photos and your event isn't set up yet, email Webmaster@BillySawilchik, and she can set it up for you ASAP.
4. When you return to the Gallery, click on the little text link on the right side near the top that says "Login".
5. Once you are logged in as a user, click on the gallery that you want to add photos to. Then click on the Add Photos button at the top and add your photos. You can put captions on at the time. Or add them after you upload your photos. Be sure to put your name or boardname in the "Description field" so people know who posted the photo. Full name is not required.
6. You will only be able to edit or delete photos that you have posted, not anyone else's.
7. By requesting a member login, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and procedures posted here. Not doing so may result in the revocation of posting privileges and having your photos removed.
8. This gallery is for fans to share their photos of Billy Sawilchik and Lovehammers with other fans. Select your favorite photos to share with Billy and his fans.

Rules & Policies

1. This is a third-party contracted service and is provided by AlbumPost.com. As such, we must all abide by their Terms and Policies Please pay careful attention to "Copyright & Trademark" and "Terms of Service."
2. This gallery can not be used as a photo hosting service. DO NOT hotlink to these photos for use on other sites or boards. Read the rules for AlbumPost.com to understand why.
3. We reserve the right to cancel your posting access if you violate our rules or use the gallery inappropriately.
4. BillySawilck.com reserves the right to remove photos or comments that it considers inappropriate or below par.
5. Please do not post photos of other fans without their permission. Also do not post photos that include any person 16 years of age and under unless the parent or guardian first files an email notice granting permission for their child's photo to be posted online in this gallery. Those permission emails should be sent to Webmaster@BillySawilchik BEFORE you post the photo.
6. The photos posted on this site are the property of the person who posts them. Please do not take them without permission from the owner.
